My goals are very much in alignment with the goals of the program - to bring my classroom into the 21st century by introducing and teaching my students to be technologically literate and savvy. My cohort have been a wonderful support in getting me to this place. One thing I really appreciate is the different levels of technological know-how folks brought with them. Some came already knowing and applying a lot, others were complete newbies. These varying levels have made for fabulous discussion and sharing. I would love to encourage my cohort to give me as much feedback as they can about my capstone - do you love it? Is there something missing or can something be elaborated on? And I am glad to do the same for my team so that we can all produce the best work possible that represents us and our process. I will support positive cohesion among our group by being prompt with my work and respecting everyone's time. Promptness is the most important thing for me in terms of group norms - showing up on time, finishing on time and posting on time. Unless someone has a good reason not to be on time, being late shows disrespect and disrespect is where everything falls apart.
